Creative Connections Art Entry Form

If you would like to participate in the annual Creative Connections Exhibition please complete the following form and click Send.

The 2024 Exhibition be from 5–13 October in the Foyer at The Rise, 28 Eight Avenue, Maylands. Artwork will be required to be dropped off between 10–11am on Thursday 25 July in the Activity Room at The Rise for photographing. Unfortunately we do not have storage facilities and artwork will need to be taken away and returned between 8am–12noon on Thursday 3 October for setting up the exhibition. Please contact us through our emails or the Contact Us page on this website if this creates difficulties for you.

A Consent Form must be completed for all new participating artists.

There is an entry fee required to submit artwork, this is currently $15 per artwork payable at the time of photographing the artwork. An EFTPOS machine will be available on the day. If you wish to pay by EFT, please contact us for bank details.

Should your artwork be sold 15% commission will be retained by Creative Connections to contribute towards costs involved in hosting future exhibitions.

Poets retain copyright of and receive no payment for their poetry.
